MY ORDER & PAYMENTS

Has my order been placed successfully?

If you have received an order confirmation email, this means that your order has been placed successfully and that your socks will shortly be on their way to you. You will then receive another email when your order has been shipped.

Can I amend my order or cancel it after it has been placed?

Truthfully, we're quick on getting orders packed once they have placed, so that we can ensure our customers aren't kept waiting long. We therefore cannot modify or cancel any orders once they have been placed. You can however send them back to us once they have arrived with you, so please visit our Returns section for more details. If you have any issues with your order then our customer care team can be reached on contact@stridies.com.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within approximately 1 business day after the order is placed. If this is before 3pm your order will be dispatched on that same day.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday.

Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change with peaks in demand.

Why is there an error message when I am trying to checkout?

If you are receiving an error message during the checkout process, please ensure that the billing information being entered is the same as what your bank has on file. If these two addresses do not match, the order will not go through.

What payment options do you accept?

STRIDIES accepts accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay.

How will you secure my payment?

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.


If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?


Within the EU there are no customs fees.

Any duties that your country places on goods shipped from the UK are not covered in the purchase or shipping price and must be taken care of directly with your local customs office.

Delivery times

We always do our best to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 3pm on any business day, will be dispatched the same day.

All orders are shipped with postal services from our warehouse in Crewe, England.

Please note that these times are an estimation and depends on the local postal service in your country.

How can I track my order?

Unfortunately we don't offer tracked shipping on all orders unless it’s been upgraded. However, if your order has not arrived within 7 days, please reach out on contact@stridies.com and our team will look into this for you.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns policy and refunds

You have the right to exchange or return all products that you have bought from www.stridies.com for a full refund within 30 days. All items must be unused with labels and packaging still intact. For a full refund (minus the cost of postage). As soon as the return is received, we will process your refund request.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. When returning items ensure you include a brief explanatory note which includes key information such as your name, order number, and the reason for return/exchange. You have the option to leave the charity impact with the charity or not.

 

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

We want you to be happy with your socks, therefore we won't charge you if you want to exchange your socks for an alternative item. The same process applies as our Return Policy above. As soon as the item is received, we will process your exchange request. Please include the dispatch note or similar, explaining the order number and what you want to exchange for clearly and why.

Can I get a refund on the gift I received?

We cannot offer a refund on a gift purchase, only to the original payment card. Please follow the ‘Returns Policy’ above. However, we are happy to offer an exchange if the item is unused with the packaging in the original condition. Please provide us with the original order number and follow the ‘Exchange Policy’ above.

Does STRIDIES offer free shipping on returns and exchanges?

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges as per the policy above. However, at the moment we do not offer free shipping on returns and exchanges, meaning this would be deducted from any refund.

Where are STRIDIES manufactured?

We don't just want to make ‘another’ pair of socks and that stretched to our production as well. Our socks are manufactured to the highest standards in the European side of Turkey in Sedex Audited factories for high ethical standards of employee rights and wellbeing. Our yarns are Oeto-Tex certified from harmful substances in production.

Will my socks be the same colour as those displayed online?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear online. Sometimes computer screens and screen settings vary, so we cannot guarantee that the products on your screen will look identical to the ones in your hand. However, the difference is usually barely noticeable and they still look great.
